- Used to help the dispersal of the cumulus mass and corona during denudation with a fine bore glass pipette
- Uses a combined Sodium Bicarbonate/HEPES buffering system which is appropriate for those procedures that do not use a carbon dioxide atmosphere
- Contains the antibiotic Gentamicin
- Contains 5 mg/ml HSA
- For use after pre-equilibration at 37ºC
